Sitora joined the Jessup Team of UWED in 2018. Together with her team, she had won the 2019 National Rounds, and earned the right to represent Uzbekistan in the International Rounds in Washington D.C.
Why Jessup?
It is a great experience, team work, deep analysis, sleepless nights, fighting with yourself, with your habits and character. I would advise to take part in Jessup because it changes a person in a positive way.
How has Jessup experience changed you?
First of all Jessup helped me to believe in myself. I learnt not only how to speak before the public, but also how to convince people.
What was the most memorable moment of your participation in the Jessup?
The moment when our team won the National rounds.
What advice would you give to the future generations of Jessup participants?
Believe in yourself, do not forget that Jessup is a team work and try to live the case you will be given.
